Senior Director of Accounting

Nicholas is our Director of Accounting. He's a driven, purpose filled individual, who will go above and beyond to meet client needs.

He is a trained and licensed CPA based in Franklin, TN, and to help with business structure and organization, he has a MBA, to ensure you are getting a well rounded experience with accounting or tax needs.

Nicholas oversees all accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. His deep knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and auditing supports our clients in making sound financial decisions.

Director, General Accounting and Bookkeeping

Susan King is Director, General Accounting and Bookkeeping at White Olive CPAs, bringing more than 28 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and Global Business Service Center management to the firm.

Prior to joining White Olive CPAs, Susan served as SVP, Group Controller at SESAC Music Group, where she led the company's global accounting organization. She oversaw accounting and reporting for over $500 million in revenue and $800 million in assets across more than 75 entities, directed the preparation of consolidated financial statements spanning 70+ entities, and ensured the accurate and timely distribution of more than $150 million in royalties. She also managed the company's annual U.S. GAAP audit and its relationship with the IRS on information return compliance.

Earlier in her career, Susan held senior finance leadership roles at Mitsui & Co., Viacom, Holladay Properties, and Nissan North America, where she built and led accounting teams across shared service centers, media and entertainment operations, real estate portfolios, and automotive finance. Her background includes leading teams of up to 35 professionals, standardizing global accounting processes, and driving operational improvements across multi-entity, multinational organizations.

Susan holds an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in the State of Tennessee.

Senior CPA

With 20 years in public accounting, including 15 years owning and running his own firm, Evan Hutcheson has spent his career helping business owners make real sense of their numbers. He specializes in straightening out messy books, building tax strategies that actually save money, and advising clients through the financial decisions that come with running a business. What sets Evan apart is how he communicates: he breaks down complex tax and accounting issues into plain language, so clients understand not just what's happening in their finances, but why it matters. Client-focused and results-driven, he's committed to helping every business he works with operate with clarity and confidence.

Staff Accountant

Roseanne Barr is an experienced accounting professional with more than 30 years of expertise in financial recordkeeping. She currently serves as a Staff Accountant at White Olive CPA, LLC where she support staff taking care of clients financial recordkeeping.

She has supported businesses in corporate and public accounting settings, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and dependable service. Most recently, she served as an Accounting Specialist at Walters Services Inc., where she managed payables, receivables, reconciliations, sales tax reporting, and monthly close activities.

Previously, she worked as an Administration Assistant at Stephen Slaton, CPA-Attorney PC, supporting payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and client service, and as an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Manager at Rausch Creek Land LP, where she oversaw billing, collections, payroll, and tax reporting. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from McCann School of Business & Technology.

Tax Manager and Integrator

Fred Wang is an accounting and tax professional with experience spanning tax management, accounting operations, and business process integration. He currently serves as a Tax Manager and Integrator at White Olive CPA, LLC, where he oversees tax-related responsibilities and supports organizational systems and workflows.

Prior to this role, he worked as an Accounting Assistant at Chang & Deka, LLC, building hands-on experience in accounting processes and financial support functions. His background also includes entrepreneurial and client-facing experience through self-employment and creative work, contributing to a well-rounded perspective in business and operations.

Fred holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and has additional academic training in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.

Accounting Assistant

Susan brings over 7 years of specialized experience as a billing specialist, complemented by 2 years as an accounting assistant.

Her strong background in billing and day-to-day accounting tasks ensures accurate financial records and smooth billing operations for clients.

Susan’s dedication and attention to detail make her an essential part of the White Olive CPA team, supporting efficient and reliable accounting services.

Accounting Assistant

Hayla Peters brings over 10 years of hands-on business and leadership experience to her role as Accounting Assistant at White Olive CPA. As a small business owner for the past 6 years, she understands firsthand the financial and operational challenges business owners face.

Prior to that,  Hayla spent more than five years managing a high-volume retail operation, building a strong  foundation in team leadership, daily operations, and financial oversight. Her practical business

experience allows her to support clients with both accuracy and real-world perspective.
