Senior Director of Accounting

Nicholas is our Director of Accounting. He's a driven, purpose filled individual, who will go above and beyond to meet client needs.

He is a trained and licensed CPA based in Franklin, TN, and to help with business structure and organization, he has a MBA, to ensure you are getting a well rounded experience with accounting or tax needs.

Nicholas oversees all accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. His deep knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and auditing supports our clients in making sound financial decisions.

Director Assurances & Audit

Wynne Baker brings more than 40 years of experience serving the financial institutions industry and the broader accounting profession. He spent the majority of his career with KraftCPAs, where he led the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice for over three decades before retiring in 2020. After a few years in retirement, Wynne has rejoined the profession as Senior Director of Audit at White Olive CPA, where he focuses on mentoring our team and helping expand the firm’s assurance practice.

In addition to his deep technical expertise, Wynne has an extensive track record as an expert witness in numerous CPA and firm litigation cases, providing authoritative testimony in matters involving bank failures, financial fraud, and professional standards. Over his career, he has been called upon repeatedly for his credibility and judgment in high-stakes disputes, making him a recognized authority in the field. Wynne has also advised banks, credit unions, and financial institutions nationwide on loan reviews, compliance, internal audit, stock valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with the FDIC and others in resolving failed bank issues and has testified in court cases related to financial institutions and accounting practices.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Bank Auditor, Certified Financial Services Auditor, and is Certified in Financial Forensics. He is also recognized as a “Preferred Examiner” by the American Bankers Association and as a Registered Qualified Peer Reviewer by the AICPA. Throughout his career, Wynne has been actively involved in professional leadership, serving on boards and committees for the AICPA, TSCPA, and Tennessee Bankers Association, among others.

His unmatched experience, reputation, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable resource to White Olive CPA and to the clients we serve.

Enrolled Agent (EA)

Staff Accountant

Roseanne Barr is an experienced accounting professional with more than 30 years of expertise in financial recordkeeping. She currently serves as a Staff Accountant at White Olive CPA, LLC where she support staff taking care of clients financial recordkeeping.

She has supported businesses in corporate and public accounting settings, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and dependable service. Most recently, she served as an Accounting Specialist at Walters Services Inc., where she managed payables, receivables, reconciliations, sales tax reporting, and monthly close activities.

Previously, she worked as an Administration Assistant at Stephen Slaton, CPA-Attorney PC, supporting payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and client service, and as an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Manager at Rausch Creek Land LP, where she oversaw billing, collections, payroll, and tax reporting. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from McCann School of Business & Technology.

Tax Manager and Integrator

Fred Wang is an accounting and tax professional with experience spanning tax management, accounting operations, and business process integration. He currently serves as a Tax Manager and Integrator at White Olive CPA, LLC, where he oversees tax-related responsibilities and supports organizational systems and workflows.

Prior to this role, he worked as an Accounting Assistant at Chang & Deka, LLC, building hands-on experience in accounting processes and financial support functions. His background also includes entrepreneurial and client-facing experience through self-employment and creative work, contributing to a well-rounded perspective in business and operations.

Fred holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and has additional academic training in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.

Accounting Assistant

Susan brings over 7 years of specialized experience as a billing specialist, complemented by 2 years as an accounting assistant.

Her strong background in billing and day-to-day accounting tasks ensures accurate financial records and smooth billing operations for clients.

Susan’s dedication and attention to detail make her an essential part of the White Olive CPA team, supporting efficient and reliable accounting services.

Accounting Assistant

Hayla Peters brings over 10 years of hands-on business and leadership experience to her role as Accounting Assistant at White Olive CPA. As a small business owner for the past 6 years, she understands firsthand the financial and operational challenges business owners face.

Prior to that,  Hayla spent more than five years managing a high-volume retail operation, building a strong  foundation in team leadership, daily operations, and financial oversight. Her practical business

experience allows her to support clients with both accuracy and real-world perspective.
