Before launching White Olive CPA in 2021, Daniel held multiple leadership roles, including Founder & CEO of Eminent Consulting, Director of Finance at HCA Healthcare, and Assistant CFO at Ardent Health Services. His extensive background in corporate finance, healthcare accounting, and strategic financial management makes him a trusted advisor for businesses navigating complex financial challenges.

Director of Accounting

Nicholas is our Director of Accounting. He's a driven, purpose filled individual, who will go above and beyond to meet client needs.

He is a trained and licensed CPA based in Franklin, TN, and to help with business structure and organization, he has a MBA, to ensure you are getting a well rounded experience with accounting or tax needs.

Nicholas oversees all accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. His deep knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and auditing supports our clients in making sound financial decisions.

Director of General Accounting Services

Lindsey Provenza, CPA, brings over a decade of experience in audit, assurance, and general accounting across public accounting, healthcare, and corporate finance environments. Before joining White Olive CPA, Lindsey served as an Audit Manager at Surgery Partners and Change Healthcare, where she led complex financial, operational, and compliance audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) testing and internal control assessments for multi-entity organizations. In addition to her audit background, Lindsey has extensive experience in general accounting, including account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation. Her well-rounded technical foundation allows her to bridge the gap between day-to-day accounting operations and assurance-level reporting—helping clients maintain accuracy, strengthen controls, and prepare for future audits or reviews.

Lindsey began her career with KPMG LLP, one of the world’s leading public accounting firms, where she gained hands-on experience in external audits, financial reporting, and client engagement management. She later advanced through senior internal audit and accounting roles with Community Health Systems and Change Healthcare, developing a reputation for her analytical rigor, process improvement skills, and clear communication style.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Mississippi, Lindsey earned both her Master of Professional Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University’s Adkerson School of Accountancy. At White Olive CPA, Lindsey focuses on client accounting services, financial statement preparation, and assurance engagements, working closely with clients to streamline their accounting systems and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every engagement.

Director Assurances & Audit

Wynne Baker brings more than 40 years of experience serving the financial institutions industry and the broader accounting profession. He spent the majority of his career with KraftCPAs, where he led the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice for over three decades before retiring in 2020. After a few years in retirement, Wynne has rejoined the profession as Senior Director of Audit at White Olive CPA, where he focuses on mentoring our team and helping expand the firm’s assurance practice.

In addition to his deep technical expertise, Wynne has an extensive track record as an expert witness in numerous CPA and firm litigation cases, providing authoritative testimony in matters involving bank failures, financial fraud, and professional standards. Over his career, he has been called upon repeatedly for his credibility and judgment in high-stakes disputes, making him a recognized authority in the field. Wynne has also advised banks, credit unions, and financial institutions nationwide on loan reviews, compliance, internal audit, stock valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with the FDIC and others in resolving failed bank issues and has testified in court cases related to financial institutions and accounting practices.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Bank Auditor, Certified Financial Services Auditor, and is Certified in Financial Forensics. He is also recognized as a “Preferred Examiner” by the American Bankers Association and as a Registered Qualified Peer Reviewer by the AICPA. Throughout his career, Wynne has been actively involved in professional leadership, serving on boards and committees for the AICPA, TSCPA, and Tennessee Bankers Association, among others.

As a seasoned Enrolled Agent (EA), Adam specializes in tax planning, compliance, and IRS representation.

His expertise helps clients minimize tax liabilities and stay ahead of evolving tax laws.

Senior Accountant

With 25 years of hands-on experience in full charge bookkeeping, Paula brings deep expertise in managing the financial operations of businesses, particularly within the construction industry.

She is skilled in overseeing all accounting functions necessary to keep a company running smoothly, except for filing year-end business taxes, which is expertly handled by the tax team at White Olive CPA.

Charlotte O’Brien was born and raised in Northern California, later moving to Southern California before settling in Tennessee five years ago to be closer to family.

A proud mother of four, she spent seven years working in the school system before joining White Olive CPA to help clients stay organized and ease their bookkeeping burden.

Charlotte enjoys time with family and friends, walks, sunrises and sunsets, and glamping adventures with her children.

Senior Auditor

Results-driven Audit, Accounting & finance professional with over six years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal control evaluation, process improvement, ERP implementation and regulatory compliance across public, private, nonprofit and government sectors.

A Chartered Accountant (equivalent to US CPA), IRS Enrolled Agent (final stage) and US CPA candidate currently pursuing an MBA in ERP & Business Analytics, with deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and GAAS, process improvement, financial management, budgeting & forecasting, dealing with senior leaders.

Proven ability to lead process improvement, conduct risk-based audits, and implement data-driven process improvements. Skilled in financial statement audits, client relationship management, staff supervision, and use of tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SAP FICO, and QuickBooks.
